Blog Problem Solved

June 18, 2013 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Blogging, Friends of the Heart, Gratitude, Minnesota Me 12 Comments

You have no idea how annoyed I’ve been by all this wonky blog behavior.

(A first world problem to be sure, but still.)

(And yes, you probably do have an idea because I’ve been nothing if not a great big whiner.)

Well, as of today it is fixed fixed FIXED and I owe it all to a savvy, sweet friend. “Whoa,” she said, taking a look at all that spawning. “I really don’t know…but do you think it might possibly be the browser?”

“Hang on a second,” I said, feeling foolish, and switched from Firefox to Google Chrome. Presto! Spawning code problem solved! I have no idea (obviously) why Firefox is acting up, but suspect it might have something to do with our Net Nanny service.

(A service we love and appreciate, by the way.)

(It’s a “curious minds do innocent searches” type of thing.)

Meanwhile, praise God and thank you, Jessica.  It’s sometimes the little things that matter most….like finally–finally–daring to tweak my template. In other words, I redecorated! Stop by and tell me what you thinks.

Looks great Maggie! Also, is you-know-who in time out in the above photo? BTW, Charlie had a soccer tournament in Woodbury on Saturday and I thought about giving you a call to see you (and hold a baby) and bring your God-daughters by between games. I went much needed shopping instead and then the second game was called on account of weather anyway. We do need to get together. How about next week? I will have 6 kiddos away at camp. We could meet for dinner or something?

The new layout is wonderful! My Firefox has been being weird too, and I don't have Net Nanny (my personal laptop for work) and I don't have a blog. But it seems to hang up on pages and need to be restarted.

Glad you got it sorted out!

    Love the beans, totally YOU!

I don't like the picture….I'm being negative here…it's just that I can't see sweet Angela's face and that sweet baby of yours…where is he?

The headless child would be less concerning if the boys didn't look quite so cannibalistic… lol
