A Small Prayer Request

January 13, 2009 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Minnesota Me, Prayer, Pregnancy 37 Comments

Today’s the day for my 20-week ultrasound, and I’d be fibbing if I said I wasn’t nervous.

I hate it that I’m nervous, but I am.

If you could offer up a prayer this morning I would be grateful. I’ll be back with an update soon.

With love and blessings and bitten nails,

Margaret, I entrust you to the enclosed garden of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

And I am asking St. Gianna for intercession for good measure.

Dear Margaret – I am praying for you. I SO understand – I am a total bag of nerves about mine on Thursday. Including you in my Saint Anne prayers today.

As if I haven’t been praying constantly since you told us of your precious little one. 🙂
Yes, I’ll add another for your peace of mind.
Blessings to you, Margaret. May you and your child have the armor of God protecting you, today.

Praying for your peace of mind! Now I have to ask…are you going to take a winkie peek or are you one of those women who likes to be surprised? Inquiring minds want to know!

I just had my 20-week ultrasound too! 🙂 We didn’t find out the gender, we wanted Baby Four to be a surprise. I said a prayer for you, and am looking forward to your update.

I will definitely say a prayer or two for you today. We are nearing the end of our 1st pregnancy. Only two more weeks to go. As I get nervous about the arrival of this one, I will remind myself to say a prayer for you and for myself that we both may loose our nervousness.
