Yesterday included—but was not limited to—getting all six kids! up and out of the house before 8:00.
Same for Monday.
Same for today.
Same for (Is this even necessary to say?) tomorrow.
Need I say more? No, I really don’t.
Need I more sleep? Yes, I do do do.
Ed. Note: “CVBS” stands for Catholic Vacation Bible School. This is the 7th or 8th year that we’ve done it, I think, and it is always worth it.
We just finished our CVBS last week and yay!! We survived, although, I needed a nap by Wednesday for sure!!
Getting all 6 kiddos out the door and have pumped my milk and fed them all was no small task, I am woman, hear me roar!!!

Things were NOT going smoothly today for getting any of our family out the door and to CVBS, classes, jobs, etc., but we made it! Thanks for your kind word & hug. It truly helps to look around and know that every mom there knows the struggle.
Getting all my kids out the door at any time of day is a hassle but those "before 8 am days?" oh my! I will pray for you the next two mornings Margaret. You are a trooper!-trish
Every time I have to do something like this I find myself repeatedly murmuring…this is why we homeschool….this is why we homeschool.
Not really, of course, but in the moment it sure makes me appreciate our flexible schedule that much more!
We are at CVBS this week also, followed by swimming lessons. Busy Week!
That is us next week. Still trying to pump myself up for it!
