A Tribute to the First Day of Spring

Despite the fact that today marks the first day of SPRING!!! (forgive me for screaming that in your ear), our Minnesota landscape has yet to update its palette.

Gray, gray…everything is gray.

(Oh, and let’s not forget those eight shades of brown.)

To cheer me up, I have been scrolling through some of this blog’s archives—specifically, the posts from June, July, and August—to remind myself that it won’t be long…really, it won’t…before we’re once again eating ice cream on the steps.

Here is one that made me laugh.
