The Local Tomten Strikes Again

December 18, 2006 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Humor, Minnesota Me, Parenting 8 Comments

I had been wondering why my girls weren’t playing with the playmobil set they got for their birthday.

Yesterday I found out why.

Camille had stuffed it all down the heating duct for safekeeping, along with a half a dozen jingle bells and a fridge magnet.

I tell you, there is no end to that girl’s impishness. What must be done to appease her?

On a side note, there has been talk of decluttering over at Among Women. Amy, did you hire Camille to help me? 🙂

I think I’m heading to check my heating vents right now! We’re missing a few things around here as well. 🙂
Love the photo of the two reading. I love catching ‘sibling love’ in action. PRECIOUS!

How funny! I have a son who loves to play with his vent. He doesn’t store things yet, but I’m sure it will happen. He constantly plays with the vent in his room. He takes it out, closes it. Yesterday morning it was freezing in there. I have to remember to keep checking the vent, because, AGAIN, it was closed.

Maybe your Jesse tree pieces are in another heating vent? I remember my little sister (8years younger) when she was little, my mom would be missing things like frosting and cool whip and we would find it under our bed. (we shared a bed) She’s 28 now and it’s fun to tease her about that one!

Well…Camille is creative that’s for sure!

Yep, that’s where my babies store stuff, too. What is it about kids and heating vents???

Sounds like the fate of all our Playmobil figures over the years. Oh, I could tell some stories!

    Camille is adorable!
