‘Twas the Night before First Communion

May 6, 2012 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Minnesota Me, My Girls, Special Events 7 Comments

…and all through the house,

Curly Girl

A creature was stirring…
And cooking,
And cleaning,
And curling,

And phew! Only one more day until this very special sacrament!

PS. Say a prayer for our Angela?

It would be MUCH easier to get my three hens to bed if they weren't giggling madly over your "git to bed!" Thank you for the smiles, Charlotte, and especially the prayers.

Praying for her and you. 🙂 Our first son is receiving his First Holy Communion tomorrow also. I have no words for how amazing this is for us as parents and as converts. Would also appreciate the prayers.

You got it, Michelle. I will say a decade for your son & your family.

Most definitely, my oldest made her First Communion today and it was so amazing! God is so good to us all!

Saying a prayer for her on her special day! Anna received Jesus in First Holy Communion last weekend and has been asking to go to daily Mass this past week. I love it. I hope her day is just as wonderful.

Months have been spent helping prepare the soul of a first communicant, the last few days a mom naturally focuses on the body! Wishing you another very special day!
