Stuff and Fluff for a Friday’s Post

Great Grandma B. is due to arrive in an hour, (she’s from the awesome state of Illinois, and is being spirited our way by Auntie Terri), and I have a couple of minutes to crank out a post before the brownie cupcakes are done & I’m called to entertain.

Thank you very much for your input on my new banner! You helped me “over the hump” of my indecision—change can be so hard for me!—and gave me us the courage to just do it. To answer some of the questions that you posed along the way:

Yes, that’s Camille.
Yes, her hair is naturally curly. (My oldest daughter is very jealous.)
Yes, I took the photo.

Ana asked about the blog buttons at the top. I can’t answer your question, Ana, because Alicia helped me out with did mine. (I am not so hot when it comes to that sort of stuff.) She blogs about how to do it here.

Oh, and one last thing because the cupcakes are now done and I should probably go change out of my sweat pants so as not to scandalize our guests.

Ahem. Last night’s post was my 500th post! (please pass the cupcakes let’s party.)
