Do you have to start on the first first Friday of the year, or can I start next month?

I’m so bummed I didn’t make it out this morning. I’ve been going to Mass on Fridays for a few months now, and this is the first time I’ve missed in awhile. Gotta start again next month then. 🙂

Jen, do you have a noon Mass somewhere or perhaps an evening Mass? (There is a 7:30 p.m. Latin Mass here in town and that has been our saving grace more than once.)

To Anonymous: You can start your nine First Fridays any month, as long as you make them for nine consecutive months.

I checked. Nada. That’s what I get for staying up too late with hubby watching Rocky reruns…*sigh* I have so far to go in growing in virtue!

Being from Philly, I have to say, watching Rocky reruns is a good way to spend an evening, though. My husband and I usually watch the Rocky movies on New Years (they’re on every New Years!), but, he refused this year. Couldn’t take another year of it. He’s not a Philly guy.
