Just in Time for Mary’s Feast Day

June 16, 2007 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Gratitude, Hearth & Home, Living Liturgically, Minnesota Me 6 Comments

The roses are all in bloom!

“Who is this that appears like the dawn, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, majestic as the stars in procession? Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun…?”

(Song of Solomon 6:10)

Have a blessed weekend, everyone. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads!

You have a Marian rose garden! How lovely! I’m working on growning a Mary garden in a little nook beside the house, but I’m making an herb garden. I figure Mary would appreciate the practicality. 😀

Oh! Lovely! Marianna and I discovered the most beautiful town full of roses on our CA trip – Ferndale – they even have a great beach with sand AND cliffs. Did I mention it is a dairy town with fab ice cream?
    Like I said, beautiful town.

How beautiful!! I would love to surround our Mary with roses, but her spot doesn’t have enough sun. One day….

My oldest and I were just talking about how we want to have a Mary Garden. What an inspiration to do so after seeing these beautiful pics! The roses are really very pretty…
