Lost!

December 4, 2006 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Living Liturgically, Minnesota Me 7 Comments

One large zip-lock baggie containing a whole Advent’s worth of Jesse Tree symbols.

It is probably right beside our Mommy’s sanity, because she can’t seem to find that either.

Please say a prayer that we find our symbols! Because it was kind of odd to gather round the tree last night and listen to our mom say, “Okay! Well, I can’t find the symbols but if I had found the symbols this is the symbol we’d put on. A sun! Can you picture the sun? Why do you think we would put a sun on our Jesse tree if we had a sun to put on our Jesse tree?”

We mean it, now. Please pray!

Love,

The Minnesota Kids

Maybe it’s time for new Advent symbols. Weren’t those old ones getting a bit ratty anyway? 🙂 Good luck, kids!

We are doing a paper Jesse tree, maybe until you find the original symbols, the kids would like drawing their own….

Oh, man. That stinks. Hope you find them soon so you don’t have to “imagine” the rest of them!

Oh that’s sad. It is so hard to gather the symbols. I think I’d just give up and go back to bed if I lost ours. Aren’t I encouraging? The word verification is brutal tonight, so I will just comment here that I love the photo of you and baby girl painting the room. Nice color too!

I hope you find them…don’t feel too bad. I had the tree ready to go as well, but I have been too tired to cut out the symbols. I have five days worth done, but keep forgetting in the evening to do it!
