Look who’s crawling.
You will note, perhaps, the absence of an exclamation point in that statement. I am not ready for him to be crawling. My kitchen’s floor’s not ready; my stacks of books to be sorted are not ready.
I have a ton, almost literally, of books and curricula I’m selling. If you would like to see a list of everything, shoot me an email and I’ll send you it.
And finally, in other much-anticipated news, the five big kids get back from camp tomorrow! That remark does get an exclamation point because someone’s been missing them like nobody’s business.
Except…by telling you I’ve made it everyone’s business.
Because, you know, that’s what we moms do.
Like his shiner, by the way? A hand weight fell off the shelf on him which would suggest, in my opinion, that exercising’s dangerous. Not really, but that’s my excuse for this morning anyway and in ANY case, I’m getting all the exercise I need keeping this little man happy. I am so ready to have my whole family together!
When the kids are gone too long, I stop enjoying the quiet.
Instead, I just notice...the empty.
Even More News that Makes Me Happy:
Did you see that Jenn is back?!
And that Sarah posted her Twins’ Birth Story?!
curricula list yes please! 🙂 linamgmartin at brokenfilm dot com!
That baby boy is just the cutest!
I also have that Ms. Suzie book..it is a keeper. I love the line…"and a tear rolled down her furry cheek."..my fav.
I have the same issue you are dealing with. EMPTY home. Husband is gone also! We will all be together on Sat…cannot wait.
Or how about, "There were only five of them but they were very brave and their hearts were full of love." That line's a keeper, too.
I wanna see your list!
That Francis. Yum.
I so agree that exercising is dangerous and should not be allowed ;p
Poor sweet boy. I pulled my back dusting the other day so I have now determined that dusting is too dangerous to do in the house.
