If you could spare a prayer today for your dear old friend in Minnesota, I’ll take it. I will be giving a talk this morning to a group of children preparing for their First Holy Communion—not my daughter’s class but a different group—and their parents.
Talking to a bunch of 2nd graders—how sweet is that? Still, I’m a little bit nervous.
Therefore a Hail Mary or a Glory Be is all I ask! It doesn’t matter if you read this post in the afternoon after I’ve finished—God is outside of time, as you well know, and your prayer will be retroactive. 🙂
Thank you. You remain in my prayers—prayers of thanksgiving, almost always, unless you ask me to pray for something different—and I hope that your Lent (halfway over now) has been fruitful.
Ad Jesum per Mariam,
PS. Thank you, too, for your kind comments on my conversion post. The next installment will be next Friday (God willing).

I just said some quick prayers for you. I wish you were speaking to my daughter’s class – I think several of them could use it. Not her, of course…

OK, I’m here a little late, but I think the prayer still counts because God knew I’d pray, right? HOpe it went well.
I did not mention in my post that Mary always, yes, ALWAYS screams while I do her hair!! The others are pretty good though. (she’s the 3 year old, that explains it, doesn’t it?)
Wow, I can’t believe you remembered my first comment…you were such an inspiration,(still are) It did take me 2 years to grow that much hair though, not sure if I’ll do it again

I frequent your blog, but never comment. I too am a little late and said a little prayer for you.
Hope all went well, and thank you.

Saying an Ave Maria for you!
And… I can almost feel spring–we can actually see a bit of the ground as of yesterday. Will you be at the MN conference?

Ana, I wouldn’t miss it!
