….from Morocco with Love.
My ready-made penance for this Friday will be to meditate upon this photo. We have had eight straight days of sub-zero temperatures (yes, I choose to live here) and a vacation sounds so good right now!
Anyway, that’s my dear sister-in-law on that camel. She is a world traveler and is always good for a stick pin or two on our world map. She is one fun auntie.
PS. Are we to assume that she travelled down those sandy slopes with that surf board?
PPS. We love you, Colleen!

You are going on vacation soon, no?
My sister was a world traveller too, until she decided to become a doctor. It IS fun to live through their experiences, without having to endure all of that air travel! (I’m a bit of a homebody, myself)
Oh, and anytime you need temps above freezing, you’re welcome to come visit!
😉

If you come visit Nutmeg, you have to visit me too! Or both of us together! We will warm you up!

I feel like sitting by my computer all day and staring at this photo to keep me warm. Although, I don’t think I’ll hop aboard that camel. I would enjoy walking in that sand and soaking up some sun.
What fun to have a traveling auntie! My sister-in-law is also a traveler via the Peace Corps. I love hearing her stories and seeing the pictures. (Unless they include shots of giant spiders, centipedes, and other unusually large species that took up residence with her during her trips!)

We have lovely sun and warm weather, come on down! I do believe 70% of your senior citizens are already here, it’s about time for the younger set!!!
While benedril make take away the itch it has an internal “drying” effect. Try drinking lots of water and using Eucerin (dry skin therapy original). Believe it or not the original Crisco is great for the skin too. A thin film of this is wonderful espceically at night (if you wear clothes to bed)and less expensive. Sometimes the itch on the body (I found for me) was the material of my sheets combined with the dry skin.
