MuTu and You: an Endorsement

November 24, 2017 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Motherhood, MuTu System, Self Improvement 2 Comments

As I type this, I am sitting straight in my chair—no slumping for this momma, as you’ll soon see why!

Here is the view from my workspace:

Beautiful, no? We went over the river (pictured above) and through the woods…Thanksgiving was at Grandma’s.

Cathy and Doug (aka Grandma & Grandpa) are wonderful cooks. I ate and drank it all (and then some) without any guilt whatsoever, but now—today—I’m back on plan.

And that’s the plan.

That’s how I’m losing the weight.

This is not the most glamorous picture…I took it myself using the timer on my iPad, an “after” shot of sorts to my unhappy before.

And I was unhappy. My eating habits were incredibly disordered.

This photo was taken at a gala in January. I couldn’t fit into the dress that I’d purchased and was forced to wear a “stretchy fabric” garment that I’ve had for years.

So…

I  don’t know where you’re at on your health and wellness journey or even if you want to change. I do know that it’s taken me years to lose the baby weight (my youngest is almost 5) and that after giving birth to seven children, my core muscles were saggy and my stomach, quite “poochy.”

(This is not to say that a poochy tummy isn’t adorable. My little ones love squishing my belly fat!)

But there’s more to this journey than just vanity, believe me. It’s about becoming a better, stronger, more confident you. I am so grateful for the habits and skills that I’ve been learning—because I have coping mechanisms in place that don’t involve too much wine or pints of ice cream.

Okay! More on that later (if you’re interested)…at this point I’ll simply cut to the chase.

The MuTu Mamas program saved me.

(“MuTu” stands for “mummy tummy”, btw.)

I cannot recommend the MuTu System enough, and right now—through Monday—they’re having their biggest sale of the year—33% off of all their programs! Just use the code BF33 at checkout.

I am using the 12-week program. It’s normally $97 (a one-time fee for a program that never expires) but from now until Monday at 11:59 p.m., you pay only $64.99.

It’s a steal, really, and is how *I* purchased the program two years ago. I committed to the expense up front because I knew—i.e. hoped with all my heart—that by paying so much, I would actually do it.

And I did! And I am! Because it’s fun and so very worth it. Wendy Powell (the founder of the program with the cute British accent) makes the videos easy and fun and just the right amount of challenging

Please note that I am an ambassador and will get a commission if you use my links. I don’t have many sponsors on this blog, but this is one of them…for good reason!

I’ve talked about the MuTu System before, but here’s a chart to help you “see” it:

There’s a ton of info in this infographic, I know.

To summarize: a stronger core, a flatter tummy, and better relations with one’s spouse!

{ahem}

I could go on and on…and I will later, if you‘re interested…but for now (and because I’m headed to North Dakota to see my daddy) I’m going to close this post and send you on your way! Please do consider committing to a solid program that will help you achieve your biggest goals.

Check out the MuTu System and see what you think.

Also? Please feel free to contact me if you have questions…and have a blessed & beautiful holiday weekend. <3
