Iām Margaret in Minnesota, and this is my mom's-eye perspective of a kid-heavy life. I love the Lord; I take lots of photos; and I try to always tell it like it is, from sex to depression and everything in between! I hope you enjoy your time here. ā„

Wordless Wednesday. I don’t know how people commit to a wordless day. What if you have something great to say later? Do you just hold it till tomorrow? What if the kids do something hilarious? Schedule it for tomorrow? Nope. I can’t commit to a wordless day, but I sure do admire the fortitude of those of you who do. š

Ha. Jennie, you are truly a goof and I love you for that.
There are probably many reasons behind Wordless Wednesday. Personally, I like the idea of sharing a picture thought without going to all the work of explaining it.
It buys you some time, kwim?

OK, how old is your oldest now… 16? Holy cow, Margaret, he has shot up quickly!
And what sweetness…

Have I mentioned that I missed you while I was gone?

Margaret! You didn’t tell us the answer to yesterday’s question!! WHERE did you go??? I can’t stand the suspense!

How beautiful, I’m sure you will treasure that photo!

Can I ask a silly question?
What kind of camera do you use? You have posted some gorgeous pictures on your blog, and I was wondering what you’re using! (ours is old and is taking some pretty lousy pictures…)
minnesotamom says
That’s not a silly question at all, Ouiz! I use a Nikon D80. It’s a very nice camera and I’m surprised my husband let me get it, given my track record!
Angie says
Oh man — this is SO stinkin’ sweet! Love it!!!

[Commenting on an old post, because the latest post on graciousness wouldn’t let me comment!]
This is so timely for me. I am realizing–to my horror–that I am extremely polite and soft spoken to everyone I meet, except my children! They get my crabby side, my bad side. This really needs to change.
Great story about the sermons. The Holy Spirit at work as usual.
