The Minnesota Catholic Homeschooling conference is one of the highlights of my year, as you may well recall. I never, ever miss it because A. it is an excellent source of educational resources and inspiration and B. it is a chance to gab.
I haven’t quite determined which of those two is the bigger draw for me.
This year’s featured speakers are Father Mitch Pacwa and Sally Robb, as well as Jim Weiss (yay!) and a whole wonderful host of locals.
I was also pleased to note that Ana Braga-Henebry will be leading a Homeschool Bloggers’ workshop. For some reason that appeals to me.
According to Ana:
If you have a blog, like to visit blogs, or especially if you think it’d be nice to have a blog someday, come to this informal chat session. Meet regional Catholic homeschool bloggers in person, share some of your favorite blogs and ask questions about blogging and its benefits.
Does that sound like fun or what? Ana has promised me a spot at her table, provided I behave, and I am looking forward to having this additional excuse opportunity to visit.
Here are the details for Ana’s workshop.
I hope to see you there!

Oh man, I wish I could go! Don’t miss Fr. Mitch – I love to watch him on EWTN…
A “class” on Catholic blogging sounds like a lot of fun, I wonder if anyone is doing anything like that out in Oregon where I am… hmmm…
Peace,

Margaret said “it is a chance to gab.”
Oh dear Margaret, you sound just like my Grandma. She was a the “gab about” of the century! I haven’t heard that word in ages!

Thanks, Margaret! 🙂
