Vol. XXI: The Halloween Rollover Edition

~ Take 1 ~

I apologize. Not a lot of time for blogging today, as we’re busy getting the house ready for a very special guest. (No big deal, right? It’s not like I’m kicking the girls out of their room and…oh…painting it or anything.)

Consequently you’re stuck with these.

Yes, we’ve been playing with Picnik. Yes, we’re a little very, very strange.

(Don’t forget to roll your mouse over the photos!)

(On second thought, you’d best forget to.)

(Yes, I do, and I’m very sorry. That’s all I have to say about that.)

Scurrying away quickly before you throw something at me,

Hey! Seeing your piggie reminded me of something I've wanted to do. I make and sell pet supplies, including guinea pigs. If you email me (info @ camphorchins.com I had emailed you about doctors earlier) I'll send your girls something for their piggie! šŸ™‚

Ooooooh! Your dear houseguest is totally saving this worn-out Mama who is trying to stay ahead of a precocious 8 year old reader. We discovered a few of her Martha Years books at our library last weekend! I'm always trying to find fun interesting books to keep the backpack stuffed and my dd out of the not-so-innocent stuff at her level that she finds in her public school. These books are so sweet and expand her horizon a bit beyond this southern town! šŸ™‚ Those boots, Little Miss, are miiiighty fun and fabulous!

Ok, I actually thought the funniest thing was you on the table to show off your shoes and boots!!

Like your new skirt by the way!

SO, how do those shoes feel? Do they work, and are they worth it?

    Just curious.

I love babies in sinks, even crazy halloween babies….well, maybe not those ones, but the ones with crazy hair!!

I had the girls taking the photos, Jamie–it was either stand on the table or have them lie on the floor!

I really like my new "Sketchers". (Read: rip-off brand) I've only worn them for a couple of days but so far so good. I haven't dropped fifteen pounds or anything, but they're comfortable and my friend says they'll whip me into shape!

    (Holding my breath…)

(Thinking I should cut back on the Doritos, too…)

Oh I love it!!! That was the laugh I've been looking for all day LOL.

BTW, I saw an earlier post from a certain someone stating she was off to Minnesota….I had wondered if she was paying a visit.

Have a wonderful weekend and visit!

I think the baby is cute! And, actually, I was thinking, because the photo was taken by Joe, that Joe had plopped him in the sink to bathe him … when you've got a toddler with thick hair, it's fun to do silly things with it in the bath!

Did I see that right? Are you really standing on the table for the boot modeling? My kids would never let me forget that.

And by the way, I think you should do a post on Winter skirt wearing. I'm a 5' 2" Wisconsinite and can't seem to find enough skirt/shoe combos that work for my stature and winter weather. That boot outfit looks awesome with the tights and all.
