Baby Anthony has been crawling for about a month now.

Mobile I

The kid is clearly in love with being mobile.

The Momma? Not so much.

This is nothing new to the parents of an infant–nothing new at all, I know. No dog dish is being left unturned; no stray cheese puff, unconsumed. (This is why we got a dog! Slacker puppy! Eat those cheese puffs!)

Thank heavens, I say, for this contraption:

A baby contained is a momma at peace.

For the next five minutes, anyway.

His smile makes me smile, every time. He is so beautiful. Can I say that about a boy?

Yes, we can say boys are beautiful, right?

    He is.

    Even when he's moving!

Dreading crawling….and polly pocket thingies all over….

I am dreading the crawling! Even at not quite 4 months though, Miss Alex is scooting on the floor…on her back! I am in such trouble!

He looks so much like my 16 year old who was commando crawling all over the house at 3 months! No peace with that one, but they are soooo adorable!

He is the sweetest little guy! What a smile. If you could bottle that it would be instant happiness. Of course the pictures provide the same effect.

Golly, he is so DARN cute!!! As for me, I look forward to crawling … it'll force me to keep the house cleaner.

And if you believe that, then I also like having baby gates up and having to open/shut them whenever the need to go somewhere arises!

ok…I really love how you label the pictures..they crack me up! Makes us all feel normal to see other peoples homes with things out of place…sometimes I come upon things in my house and wonder why in the world "this" is here?? Like…right now for instance..why is there a container of playdoh in my fridge??

Wow, are those some cute pictures. Thanks for being so 'real'. Enjoying the labels. I often find myself asking, like Missy, why in the world is that here? Makes life much more interesting though!!!

I'm pretty sure I've said this before but he's just about the cutest baby ever. He always looks so happy in your photos.
