Our Little Local Pro-Life Rally

January 22, 2014 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Cultural Commentary, Current Affairs, Minnesota Me, Prolife 10 Comments

We’ve had a big Pro-Life sign in our garage since the ’04 election. George W. Bush. Remember him? I wondered out loud if we should put it on our lawn today, second-guessing myself every step of the way. Who wants to be thought of as a zealot by her neighbors? And then Felicity in all her 11-year-old frankness said, “If you don’t put it out, how can people be changed?”

Roe v. Wade I

Roe v. Wade III

So we did, and the first person to walk by called out, “I’m with ya!”

Roe v. Wade II

If only everyone else was.

Way to go Felicity! Love it!

Watch out, people up in our area take and destroy those signs…

Beautiful sign. You never know how something as simple as putting up a sign, or a bumper sticker might change someones heart. Ann

(I think we might have signs in our garage from GWB's time too {sigh}, and you are so cute in that white Minnesota coat!)
