Salt and Light

November 1, 2010 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Minnesota Me, Special Events, Spiritual Growth, The Faith 9 Comments

We are all called to be…

Spooks

“I had a vision of a great multitude, which no one could count,
from every nation, race, people and tongue.”

Happy feast of All the Saints!!!

(What? You thought I wouldn’t use exclamation points?!)

As I told my son on the way to his school, (poor kid, he doesn’t have the day off like the rest of us), “Don’t forget to pray to St. Whatsa Whig!”

“Huh?” He glanced up briefly from the sports page.

My point being that today we honor all the saints—the great and the small, the known and unknown. What a day. What a feast!

And you, my friend, are not off the hook. Don’t forget (today or ever) that you may be the only Bible some people ever read—the only Christ they have known up to that point.

Make it count.

Make your life worthwhile.

Make every moment…saintly.

With love in Him and through the intercession of them,

It's the good witch of the north! 🙂 My older daughter was born on All Saints day so it's a dual blessing to us. Blessings to you!
