It takes a village…

April 14, 2010 by Minnesota Mom Filed Under: Current Affairs, Minnesohta, Minnesota Me 2 Comments

The lightning storm that caused this fire kept my Felicity up most of the night and sent her scurrying into my bed. I told her that it would be okay—that she was safe inside.

Not so for the little girl who lived in this house.

Please do what you can to help her family–offer a prayer or a donation. I can’t imagine having our home hit by lightning. I can’t imagine being homeless.

Thank you so much for wanting to help others and posting this! This is super ironic because my next door neighbors lost their house in a fire 3 weeks ago, and we called our facebook fan/help page "It takes a village" because we are all such great friends and are soo close as neighbors. Praying for them.
